At Cova, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make the process simple and stress-free.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original condition.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the next steps for returning your item.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was received
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In these cases, Cova will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
- A full refund, or
- A complimentary replacement item
In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
